| The Skiing |
| Risoul is great for first and second time skiers. The slopes are mainly north facing but you can connect with the sunnier slopes of neighbouring Vars via Pointe de Razis and the lower Col des Saluces. All Slopes range from 1850m resulting in good reliability of snow, and there is also the possibility of tree lined skiing. Almost all the runs return to the village so it's practically impossible to get lost! |
| Après Ski |
| Risoul offers many mountain restaurants, ranging from pizzerias to traditional French cuisine. There are also many restaurant and cafés with terraces facing the sunny slopes. Après ski is quite lively and informal here, with a number of friendly bars and night clubs to choose from |
| Amenities |
| A choice of ski schools and child care facilities, a launderette, cafes and sandwich shops along with supermarkets, banks, hardware stores, tobacconists, pharmacies, a post office and various sports shops. |
| Activities |
| Risoul offers a range of activities other than skiing for all ages and tastes. Why not try snow-biking, ice skating, paragliding, snow-shoeing or visit the cinema or games hall. |
