Le Nevada is a brand new residence built by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM. It enjoys a unique location in the heart of the Val Claret area of the resort, just 400m from the slopes and the main apres-ski and shopping areas.
Made up of 50 apartments in 4 adjoining chalets, the residence enjoys a reception area, ski lockers and underground parking (payable €105/week max height 1.80m). Loan of irons, ironing boards, board games and hairdryers is available on request. A bread delivery service and catered option are also available.
The residence also has a Spa and Beauty centre which includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and fitness rooms.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, electric coffee-maker and a toaster. All apartments have a TV, a telephone and internet facilities (payable) and a balcony.
