The residence 'MontSoleil' built in 2008 is made up of two buildings housing a total of 145 apartments over 7 levels with 4 lifts with the opportunity to ski in and out. You can access the residence by car from the main road through the underground car park (bookable and payable locally), the lifts enable direct access to the reception level.
The large lobby area is bright and luxuriously decorated with comfortable armchairs and sofas arranged around the fireplace. There is a fitness centre at the residence with saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzi and fitness room, with access to the outdoor heated swimming pool.
All of the apartments are either South West orientated with valley views or East orientated with views of the beautiful pine tree forest which surrounds Flaine Montsoleil. All of the apartments have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
