Ski Collection - How to book your holiday

STEP 1

- Use the
Quick Search panel from the home page of the website
to specify your preferred resort, your desired
arrival date and the size of the accommodation you
require, or…
- Browse our
website by going to the resort pages and decide upon
the residence/chalet/hotel you would like to book by
clicking on the accommodation link to read more
details. Then please click on the Availability
Check panel on that same page to specify your desired
arrival date and the size of the accommodation you
require.
You will be
allowed to scroll and sort results of you search from
the results pages or go back to modify your
search.
Alternatively, you
can
call
us to make your
booking.

Once you
have completed your Search, apartments/chalets/rooms
for which we have full availability will show an
‘available’ status on the search result
pages. If you want to book, please enter your details
by clicking Book Now.
You will
also be asked whether you would like us to organise
your travel arrangements, book your ski equipment,
ski lift passes, holiday
insurance and other extras.
Please note:
no online payment is required.
Your
accommodation will provisionally be held until a
member of staff contacts you by telephone or email to
finalize your booking, usually within 24
hours.
Your
reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive a
deposit, as outlined below.

Availability Request Form

Once you
have completed your Search, apartments/chalets/rooms
that are on request will show an ‘on
request’ status on the search result pages. If
you want to request the availability, please enter
your details by clicking on Request Now.
You will
also be asked whether you would like us to organise
your travel arrangements, book your ski equipment,
ski lift passes, holiday
insurance and other extras.
Please note:
no online payment is required.
Your request
will then get sent to a member of staff who will
contact you by telephone or email, stating if the
apartment that you require is available. If the
apartment is not available as there is often
considerable demand for the same accommodation during
the peak weeks we will offer you other alternatives
whether it is a different departure date or
alternative accommodation.
We will then
be able to finalise a reservation for you.
You can also
hold options for up to 24 hours on your selected
accommodation. The option will expire if we do not
receive a deposit, as outlined below, or if we were
unable to make contact with you.

Paying the deposit of your holiday
|
|
|
|
|
In order to
confirm your booking, we will need a deposit of 25%
of the total holiday cost (excluding insurance
premiums, for which the full amount is due at time of
booking).
This deposit
can be paid by cheque, Visa, MasterCard or any debit
card such as Maestro or Delta, a member of staff will
phone you to take your method of deposit
payment. In the case of credit cards, we will
make a 1.75% charge on deposits paid in this way in
order to cover for higher bank charges. In the case
of bank transfer from abroad, we will make a £6
charge on deposits paid in this way in order to cover
for higher bank charges.
A Booking
Confirmation and our Booking Conditions will follow
within 7 days of your booking. It details what
has been reserved, the cost of your holiday, and the
date by which the balance is payable. Please
check details on the confirmation carefully and
contact us immediately if you have any
queries. Please also read our terms and
conditions carefully and return the
Booking Confirmation duly signed. A binding
contract will come in force between us when we
issue the Confirmation Invoice.

Paying the balance of your holiday
|
|
|
|
|
The balance
of your holiday is due no later than 8 weeks prior to
departure. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks
prior to departure, the total cost of the holiday is
payable immediately. The balance can be paid by
cheque, Visa, MasterCard or any debit card such as
Maestro or Delta. In the case of credit cards, we
make a 1.75% charge on balances paid in this way in
order to cover for higher bank charges. In the case
of bank transfer from abroad, we will make a £6
charge on balances paid in this way in order to cover
for higher bank charges.
We do issue
payment reminders and please note late
payment will incur a surcharge of £10 per day,
per booking. If we do not receive
payment we shall cancel your
travel/accommodation arrangements, retain your
deposit, and apply cancellation charges.

Your travel documents
Your travel
documents will be sent to you two weeks prior to your
departure.
These will
include accommodation vouchers with directions,
resort information and where
applicable Eurotunnel/ferry vouchers, ski extras
vouchers and insurance documents.
