Les Gentianes in Puy Saint Vincent 1800 is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, offering doorstep skiing(*) opportunities. A free shuttle bus operates from Les Gentianes to the resort centre of Puy Saint Vincent, which is just 600m away, although there are some shops nearby.
Les Gentianes is a recently built ski residence that is composed of 113 apartments spread over 4 small buildings made out of wood and stone, creating modern ski accommodation in keeping with its surrounding environment. The self-catering ski apartments at Les Gentianes offer unspoilt views of the Glacier Blanc, National Park and Vallouise valley.
Facilities at Les Gentianes include free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna & fitness room, lifts, internet access points at the reception (payable) and parking (payable). Cots, baby kits (cot, highchair and bath) and TVs can be hired. The loan of board games is possible (subject to availability). Continental breakfasts can be purchased. A welcome drink offering tourist information is hosted every week.
The spacious apartments at Les Gentianes are fitted and furnished to a very good standard of comfort and convenience. The interior décor is traditional with the use of wood and warm-coloured fabrics. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 or 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & coffee maker and a balcony or terrace.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets at Les Gentianes in Puy Saint Vincent that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.
