Aspen in La Plagne is a large traditional Savoyard style chalet divided into 48 apartments overlooking the valley or the resort. Situated in Plagne-Village and only 100m from the slopes offering doorstep skiing (*), 300m from the ski lifts, ESF ski school, snow kindergarten and shops. Plagne-Centre which is approximately 250m further down is linked by shuttle
Facilities at Aspen include an open fireplace in the communal lounge area where there is Wifi access (payable). Covered parking is available and should be booked and paid for at the time of booking. The residence Aspen has a free indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and steam room (open between 10:00 - 20:00). One free sauna or steam room session is offered per apartment per week (additional sessions can be paid for locally).
The loan of board games, irons and ironing boards is also available to you. Cots and high-chairs can be hired (subject to availability, payable locally).
Each apartment at Aspen has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, cable television (limited channels) and a telephone (payable).
Please note: for any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old. Alcoves are usually not enclosed, have bunk beds and no window.
*This indicates that you can access to or from the slopes with ease (within 100m of the residence). This is subject to normal snow conditions in the resort at that time and to the individual skier's ability.
